Terms of service

1) Items offered are subject to availability. In case an order is placed for which we do not have available stock, we will cancel the order and refund the money to the customers. We will not be responsible for losses if any incurred by customers due to such cancellation.

3) The actual colors/finishes of handcrafted products may marginally vary from the online display. Your browser may not support display of this image.

4) Hand-made items are susceptible to slight variations in size. Dimensions are indicative and minor differences are possible.

5) Prices are subject to change due and are the sole discretion of IshaShoppe.

6) We as a merchant shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

7) Request for compensation or replacement of good will not be entertained after  48 hours of purchase. Kindly read the Refund Policy for more information. 

Warranty:
ISHA LIFE ITSELF GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE RELATING TO MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties are with any 3rd party manufacturers.

Payment Processing:
Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.

Cancellations:

Please ensure that all items and details are correct before confirming your order. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. We will proceed with processing your order upon confirmation, and cancellation requests received after confirmation will not be accepted. Refunds will not be provided for orders that customers subsequently wish to cancel.
