Return & Refund Policy:

When you change your mind

  • You have 5 working days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full store credit, exclude postage fees, as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase.
  • By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product at https://support.sadhguru.org/ of your intention to return product(s). Please mention the following information in the email:

    • Order Number
    • Your email ID registered with us (if applicable)
    • Name of the damaged product and Quantity damaged
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the package and the damaged products

Excluded change of mind items

The following items cannot be returned if you change your mind:

  • All consecrated items such as Rudraksha mala and beads, copper snake ring, any yantras etc. 
  • Food and health items
  • Gift cards
  • Any discounts / promotions items.

Other products:

We will accept product returns and provide you with an store credit voucher or replacement of same products where:

  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable condition, or
  • You can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase
  • Genuine defect or damage in the product received
  • Package damaged in transit
  • In case the wrong item has been shipped to you

We reserve the right not to refund or replace in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and colour variations. With handcrafted/handloom products
     there will always be some variation between products.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition
  • If the product is returned without a written confirmation from us via email
  • If the returned product is not received by us within 5 days after receiving approval on returning the products.
  • where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. 
  • Due to any delay in the delivery
  • If fail to notify us within 48 hours upon purchasing the product

Customer is responsible for all the return or replacement costs.

Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original items has been received at our warehouse.

The refund process will take 15-20 working days from the receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be via store credit which you may utilize for your next purchase. If you prefer to refund by different means, please send us an email and we will assist you.
