Shipping policy

1. Service descriptions are listed as business days. Non-business days are not counted in delivery times.

2. Standard items that are in stock will be delivered between 5-7 business days.

3. Web order deliveries will be made on business days (Monday to Friday) ONLY. If you have special delivery needs please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Currently, Isha Life does not allow an order to be booked for an out of stock item. You can contact us to inquire about the future availability of any product which is out of stock. However, we cannot make a personal notification when the item (s) actually arrive.

5. Five-days ground service is available only within Malaysia.

6. The delivery times are based upon item availability and location. It usually take between 5 to 7 business days to received the items within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia). Delivery to East Malaysia will most likely take longer, estimated between 7 to 14 business days.

7. International Orders: The shipping charges paid, customer is liable to any additional fees incurred at the destination, not limited to customs clearance charges. Please contact us to find out the international shipping rate.

8. Free shipping promotion (if mentioned) will not be applied towards the cost of shipping internationally. Our free shipping promotion (if mentioned) is valid only within Peninsular Malaysia. Any returned merchandise may have the cost of shipping deducted from any refund or credit.

Notice:

All orders placed for packaging materials will be processed and dispatched as usual during the period of National Recovery Plan Phase 1, except for areas under EMCO. Kindly expect delays in delivery due to the restricted operation hour and high parcel volume during this pandemic period.
